Thank you for your interest in continuing education correspondence courses by Ruth Sova, MS.  You will need a video or a book to complete each correspondence course.  Please click on the course name below to review a complete description.

Ai Chi courses offered are Ai Chi I – Flowing Aquatic Energy (course #77101C), Ai Chi II – Cultivating the Chi (course #77107C), Ai Chi III – The Visualization Journey (course #77108C), and Ai Chi Ne (course #77109C).   All Ai Chi courses are three credits.

BackHab courses offered are BackHab I (course #77104C), and BackHab II (course #992005C).  All BackHab courses are three credits.

There is also a one credit course, Aquatic Therapy for Bariatric and Obese Clients (course #77110C).

After you receive the correspondence packet, review the material (by video or book) and then take the quiz.  After completing the quiz, submit it to DSL. Ltd.  The quiz will be graded and a certificate will be sent upon successful completion.
