COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

Smile and enjoy a happy Japanese Aqua-tech fantasy world with music and gentle dancing for seniors. The exercises will improve heart, body and brains. Your sensibility will awaken with the breathing, balancing and slow walking that lead to improved function on land. Review research on the benefits of this program.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

·         Evaluate exercise ideas for a geriatric population.

·         Use mind techniques in your therapeutic work.

·         Experience the power of thoughts and imagination.

 

FACULTY: Mie Tsutsui, ATRIC, AEA, is on the aquatics staff of Urayasu Brighton Hotel’s Fitness Division. She also teaches aquatics at the Tokyo American Club, a well-known fitness club in Tokyo, and has spent 10 years teaching aquatics to all ages, especially seniors.
