Connect with your client by following their breath, allowing them to relax in to the warm water. Learn to move into stable positions for comprehensive stretching of arms, legs and torso.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

¨       Select appropriate clients to receive Watsu®.

¨       Identify your strengths and limitations to perform Watsu® (body size and dimensions, availability of pool, intimacy levels, enjoyment of work).

¨       Perform a 15-minute Watsu® session with a complete beginning and closure with good mechanics.
