COURSE
DESCRIPTION:
These in-depth lessons were developed over a two-year span
to treat specific problematic areas in therapy. The information turned out to
be extremely helpful for the general population as these areas are often the
underlying cause of so many pain and weakness complaints. The adductor and pectineus muscles, sub-scapular and rotators will receive
new movement options that can relieve many health conditions.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1)
Experience the feeling of becoming instantly taller
and the ability for easier rotation just in the warm-up.
2)
Demonstrate thoracic spine re-alignment.
3)
Explore neck and shoulder blade freedom.
4)
Develop Òrecord-player kneesÓ – experiencing adductor
and abductor elongation.
5)
Open up the vertebrae in a myriad of directions.
6)
Discover Òcricket alternatives: hip flexor and internal pelvic opening.
7)
Determine pectineous elongation.
