COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

Body alignments are easily distorted because of bad posture for extended periods of time. Aquatic conditioning reforms your body and prevents a variety of disorders based on poor alignment. This course is excellent for your core muscles and sense of balance. There are many types of aqua cycling that will engage your brain. This is a joyful program that is safe for anyone.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES: 

 

FACULTY:  Keiko Matsumoto, ATRIC, a representative of the Water Walking Institute in Tokyo, Japan. She has spent 20 years teaching aquatics to all ages, especially teaching swimming to elderly people while applying the Alexander Technique.
