COURSE
DESCRIPTION:
What kind of training is necessary for older
adults? Weight training, endurance training, and fall prevention are all
essential. During this training program, we will concentrate on active and fast
movements (aerobic anaerobic exercise), easy and small movements (moving small
joints and core muscles), and directing fun and voluntary exercises to make dopamine.
The water is kind to the joints and muscles, and itŐs fun! Older adults will
want to make this program a part of their daily exercise routine. This program
is a stretching essence of health.
