These Feldenkrais¨ lessons can create structural changes in the illio-sacral relationship, allowing circulation and nerve

sacrum learns how to go to a neutral place. Hip joints, hamstrings, psoas, and adductors all get adjusted to the new
arrangement.

sacrum and relieve sciatic pain and low back problems.
¥ Incorporate these lessons into private and
group water therapy programs.
