COURSE DESCRIPTION:

These Feldenkrais¨ lessons can create structural changes in the illio-sacral relationship, allowing circulation and nerve conduction to improve. Inflammation decreases and swelling diminishes when the sacrum learns how to go to a neutral place. Hip joints, hamstrings, psoas, and adductors all get adjusted to the new arrangement.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

¥ Identify five lessons to help balance the sacrum and relieve sciatic pain and low back problems.

¥ Incorporate these lessons into private and group water therapy programs.
