Professionals Specializing in Pain Management.Ó For more info, log on www.FitnessLearningSystems.com
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The SykorovaSynchro Method focuses on achieving physical
symmetry between muscular and skeleton structures, and mind and body symmetry by
using targeted movements to trigger valuable information flow between muscles
and brain. The goal is to improve function, while reducing muscular effort to perform basic movements. An exercise program based on the SykorovaSynchro Method
incorporates slow passive stretches and easy movements that activate the
brainÕs movement center in order to generate a flow of valuable information
between the brain and the entire muscle system. This is accomplished by
applying the neurological rule: ÒLess
muscular effort leads to more enhanced sensory awareness for learning and for
physical performance.Ó
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1) Examine sensory-motor
learning.
2) Apply SykorovaSynchro Method on land.
3) Increase body-mind
connection.
4) Discover
how to make your clients more biomechanically aware and to achieve a higher
level of fitness.
5) Practice
application of the SykorovaSynchro Method in clinical study/research.
6) Determine how
the SykorovaSynchro Method is based in research.
