$79 per 90-minute Course (Las Vegas only)

$99 per 2-hour Course

$149 per 3-hour Course

$295 for Friday's Back Rehab and Saturday's Myofascial Release Full-Day Courses in DC

$39 for Luncheon/Keynote Pay-Per-Course Fee
